When We Can Help
Tiered pricing, order minimums, B2B terms or bundle logic that apps only half cover. We build the rules into checkout, so they hold on every order.
Wholesale buyers need their own prices, terms and catalogue, and retail customers shouldn't see any of it. We set up one store that serves both, without a second backend.
Options, dependencies and prices that change with every choice. We build configurators that show buyers exactly what they're ordering and pass production-ready data with the order.
How We Build
We work through what the build actually needs and what it will cost before anyone writes code.
We decide the data model, the integrations and where custom code is justified rather than convenient.
We develop in reviewable stages so you see the store working before launch, not a demo at the end.
We ship it, watch it under real traffic and stay on it after the launch rather than handing over a login.

FAQ
Yes, on Shopify Plus. Checkout validation, discount logic and delivery rules are built with Shopify Functions and checkout extensions rather than workarounds. On standard plans the options are much narrower, and we will tell you which of your requirements are not possible before you commit to anything.
Only for specific things. Plus is required for customising the checkout steps themselves, more than three B2B catalogs and higher API limits; basic B2B (company accounts, price lists, net terms) now works on Basic, Grow and Advanced too. If none of your requirements need those, a standard plan is usually enough and we will say so rather than sell you the upgrade.
Yes, and we have. A configurator built into the storefront handles options, dependencies and made-to-order ranges that variants alone cannot express. Prime EVA is the example: a custom configurator running inside their Shopify store rather than as a bolted-on app.
Yes. Shopify B2B runs company accounts, price lists and payment terms alongside your retail catalogue, so you are not maintaining two stores that drift apart. We have built this, though that client's work is not public.
Less often than it gets recommended. Headless is worth it when you need a front end Shopify's theme layer cannot deliver, or when the storefront serves more than one channel. It costs more to build and more to maintain, so if a well-built theme does the job we will tell you that instead.
Usually your existing theme. We audit what it can carry, extend it where that holds up, and only recommend a rebuild when the theme is fighting what you need. A rebuild you did not need is the most expensive thing on a Shopify project.
Most builds run 4 to 16 weeks, depending on the integrations and how much is custom rather than configured. We scope and estimate before writing code, so the timeline is agreed at the start.
We stay on it. We watch the store under real traffic, fix what surfaces in the first weeks, and keep it working through Shopify's API version changes. Handing over a login and disappearing is where most of the problems we get called in to fix started.
Tell us what the store has to do and we'll tell you how we would build it.
